GUIDELINES FOR RE-GATHERING

Effective June 7, 2020 at 10:30 a.m.

Our Goal: To provide a special time of corporate worship for all attenders that is glorifying to GOD, uplifting to participants, life-changing in its power, and focusing on the safety and protection of each worshiper present.

The following are guidelines to help promote safety and prevent the spread of the virus and will be implemented beginning Sunday, June 7th; these are subject to be adjusted if deemed necessary.

1)    Attendance is optional.  Let me explain, we want you to come and worship, but if you are not feeling well, have a fever, symptomatic in any way, or you are just not comfortable yet with gathering in public, please stay home.  We will continue to provide our services online at hbcofpulaski.org.

2)    Masks are optional.  If you feel safer wearing a mask, please wear a mask.  However, we are not requiring anyone to wear one.

3)    Social Distancing is required.  As recommended by the CDC, we will be practicing proper social distancing (6 feet).  This means no shaking hands or hugging necks/no physical contact in any way; no congregating in the building or on the parking lot unless done from 6 feet apart.  Families who live in the same household will be allowed to sit together, but all others will be escorted to appropriate seating to assure proper distancing.  Due to social distancing there will be no nursery or children’s church.

4)    Entering the Building.  Our efforts are focused on the safety of every one, but especially on our senior adults who are more at risk.  So with this in mind, greeters/ushers will be assisting with directions to assure their safety and health protection.

v These guidelines are not the “new normal”, but are the temporary ways to protect each of us; these will require our patience and flexibility in order to move forward safely and appropriately.  There will be further instructions given as necessary.

Thanks for your prayers and support as we take this journey together.
